  • Vast Talent Pool: A large database of pre-screened applicants ready to work.
  • Streamlined Hiring: We manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

What ages are you legally allowed to hire?

We follow all federal and state labor laws when it comes to hiring age requirements.

In general:

  • Most positions we staff are for individuals 18 years of age or older, due to job duties, equipment, and workplace environments.
  • In limited circumstances, minors ages 16–17 may be eligible for certain roles if the job is non-hazardous and complies with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations.
  • Individuals under 18 are prohibited from working in jobs classified as “hazardous” under the FLSA, including roles involving specific machinery, equipment, or work conditions.
  • While federal law allows employment as young as 14 in very limited industries, these roles are uncommon and do not apply to most positions we fill.

For every placement involving a minor, we carefully review:

  • Job duties and work environment
  • Applicable federal and state labor laws
  • Industry-specific restrictions

This ensures both legal compliance and worker safety for our clients and employees.

If you have questions about age eligibility for a specific role, our team is happy to review it with you before hiring.

Is working with a staffing agency complicated?

Not at all. Many employers are surprised by how simple and stress-free we make it.

Our clients often share that:

  • We handle hiring concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • We make HR issues feel simpler and less overwhelming.
  • We provide a worry-free staffing solution that’s easy to understand and use.

Staffing Solutions & Options

What types of staffing solutions do you offer?

We offer three main types of staffing solutions to support different business needs:

  • Temporary Staffing – Ideal for seasonal demand, coverage, and short-term projects.
  • Temp-to-Hire Staffing – Start as temporary with a path to permanent employment.
  • Direct Placement (Permanent Staffing) – Directly hire long-term, full-time employees.
What is Temporary Staffing?

Temporary staffing involves hiring employees for short-term assignments.

Common uses include:

  • Covering seasonal or peak workloads.
  • Filling in for employees on leave.
  • Managing special projects or unexpected demand.

Temporary employees are hired through our agency, and we handle recruitment, payroll, and benefits.

What is Temp-to-Hire Staffing?

Temp-to-hire staffing is a hybrid option where an employee starts in a temporary role with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee after a trial period.

Advantages of temp-to-hire:

  • Evaluation Period: A “try before you buy” option to ensure a strong fit.
  • Reduced Risk: Permanent offers are based on proven performance.
  • Employee Assurance: A clear pathway to permanent employment attracts motivated talent.
What is Direct Placement?

Direct placement (permanent staffing) means hiring employees directly into full-time roles from the start. It’s ideal for core, long-term positions.

Advantages of direct placement:

  • Commitment: Attracts candidates seeking stability and long-term growth.
  • Talent Acquisition: Thorough recruitment processes deliver highly qualified hires.
  • Strategic Roles: Best for positions critical to your company’s long-term success.
