This customer service position entails manning the front desk and greeting clients who come in the office.
The primary role of the customer service representative is to interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. A customer service representative will often answer customer phone calls and emails, responding to customers’ questions and concerns.
Professionalism, personable & attentive, communicates well, computer proficiency, applicable industry knowledge, clean drug test, high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to commute to work reliably, and a strong work ethic.
