Job Description:
- We are hiring for a local charcoal manufacturer. This position is located halfway between Monterey and Crossville on Highway 70N.
- Your job will require you to lift up to 60 pounds with 30 pounds being the normal at a continuous pace. This is a very dusty environment so if you are bothered by allergies, asthma, or are a heavy smoker, you may have problems working at this facility. Masks are provided but have not helped those with severe lung or breathing problems.
- Different jobs: Clean Up, Folder, Baler Operator, Stacking, Hand Baling

Requirements:
- When working on the packaging lines, you will be required to work several different job positions
including stacking bags of charcoal on pallets. The stacking job requires you to lift and turn with a bag of charcoal ranging from 2 to 60 pounds. You will be rotated to each position throughout the shift. - Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Candidates must be able to commute to work reliably and have good attendance.
